Zhu Jian 诸犍.jpg

In the mountain there lives a beast that looks like a leopard, with a long tail, a human-like head, cow ears, and only one eye. It likes to roar.

When it walks it holds its tail in its mouth, and when it lies down it rolls its tail up into a flat spiral shape.
