In the mountain lives a beast the body of a goat and a human face. It's eyes are located under it's armpits, it has teeth like a tiger, and human-like nails.

The sound it makes is like a crying baby.

Taotie eat humans, and constantly crave food. 

Taotie are one of the infamous Four Evils (四凶 sì xiōng).
